Persona of the user
Numerous ideas were generated and I wanted to choose something that has multi-function and able to satisfy the needs. Journey Map has 2 versions during different situations. Pain points and problems are highlighted and Possible solutions that can be implemented
Problems: Cannot do 2 things at once, another effective way to find contacts.
I thought of the idea of having 2 devices for communication purpose. One device would be at the user's cubicle and another device would be with them.
Device 1. It's a reminder speaker. This is an example of the speaker's interface. It will show the schedules and submissions that the users have or has to complete. Its voice activated and will be interactive with the user. With the presence of this it will prevent users from missing their meetings or submission.
Device 2. It’s wireless earpiece. Similar to a Bluetooth, but this is catering for office use. There are functions like lowering the volume, adjusting to fit into the environment they are in. This will be used for speaking in big conference or meeting rooms. With its presence micro phones can be replaced with the earpiece
