I created a collage featuring iconic local foods, popular places of interest, and recognisable items that hold special meaning to Singapore. Some of these objects are quite familiar to many Singaporeans evoking nostalgic memories of their childhood. Moreover, the arrangement of these items in the shape of Singapore reflects a deep sense of belonging and pride in celebrating the cultural experience that defines Singapore

The design creatively reimagines Singapore’s MRT map, replacing station names with beloved local delicacies, offering a visual celebration of Singapore’s rich culinary culture. The variety and accessibility of these signature meals have grown alongside the MRT system throughout the years. This fusion of transportation and local delicacies highlights how both Singapore’s infrastructure and culinary landscape have evolved making local favourites easily accessible across the island
